Limited by the number of pileups that the LHC collider experiments can handle, leveled peak luminosity goal of about 5E34cm^-2sec^-1 has been recently set[EuCARD-CON-2010-041 (2010)] for the HL-LHC. These changes prompted us to revisit the parameter list for the LH-LHC LPA scheme. Here we address 1) Recent progress in LHC Injectors: PS, SPS, which are directly beneficial to the LPA scheme for the HL-LHC 2) Mitigation of e-cloud issues in the LHC 3) Effect of bunch profile on e-cloud 4)A dedicated expt. in PS and a preliminary e-cloud simulation to investigate the effect of bunch profile on the e-cloud development, 5) e-cloud simulations specific to LHC - LPA scheme. We find that with ~4E11ppb, 50 nsec bunch spacing and proper bunch shaping one can achieve HL-LHC goal of
5E34cm^-2sec^-1. E-cloud will not be a showstopper.
